Physician Assistant for busy Cardiologist

Looking for a highly motivated individual with an MBBS or MD degree that wants to work in the medical field. We have a multidisciplinary health care center in Vaughan, Ontario and are in need of a Physician/Clinical Assistant to help out with two busy cardiologists.

Responsibilities would include:

Creating a rapport with patients and providing excellent customer service
Obtaining a full history from patients
Performing a physical cardiopulmonary exam
The ability to come up with assessment and reccommendations
Navigate and use the EMR
Dictate and review consultation notes

Qualifications:

6 month minimum contract with the necessarry paperwork to be employed in Canada
MBBS or M.D. degree holder
Ability to speak multiple languages. Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu is ideal.
Ability to interact with the rest of the staff including secretaries, tech staff, and management
Good interaction skills and the ability to establish a rapport with patients
Ability to learn and use the EMR

Hard working - may have to work at home to finish dictations and review them
